EUROPEAN VOLUNTARY SERVICE

Can I do EVS outside of the European Union?
There is the possibility of doing EVS in countries known as Associated Countries or Third Countries in Latin America, the Maghreb and the Former USSR and Yugoslavia. However, there are far fewer projects in these countries and the volunteer must be really committed to doing them and be willing to potentially wait a long time to be able to.
How long can my EVS project be?
The projects last between 6 and 12 months, depending on the agreement between the host organisation and the volunteer upon being selected. There are also short term projects of between 2 weeks and 2 months, but participants’ status must be justified as having fewer opportunities.
How can I find more out about EVS with AIPC-Pandora?
We have information sessions about EVS at 16.00 every Tuesday. It would be a pleasure to meet you. You can contact us by calling in at our offices (from 9h to 18h, Monday to Friday) or by sending an email to: voluntariado1@aipc-pandora.org.
